These terms and conditions apply only to orders placed through this site. For wholesale terms and conditions, please contact us.

Shipping Charges & Delivery Times

We do not charge for delivery on UK orders placed via our website. Delivery for international orders is charged at £1.25 per order for Europe and £1.75 for the rest of the world. We aim to post your patch within 24 hours of receiving payment. Once we have posted your patch, then it will fall into the delivery times set out by the Royal Mail. For UK orders, normally you would receive your patch within 3 days, but this can take up to 5 days if you order over a weekend. International delivery times vary but are normally within 5-10 days.

Accepted Payment Methods

Payments are only accepted by Paypal account or credit and debit card payments via PayPal (no account needed). We no longer accept cheques or postal orders and we are unable to take orders over the phone.

Returns & Refunds

You may return or exchange your patch within 14 days of receipt for UK orders and 28 days for International orders. However, for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of patches which have been worn or tampered with in any way. Postage on your return is your responsibility unless we were at fault.

If the return was made due to an error on our part, your will receive your refund through Paypal, credit to your card depending on how your order was paid for. Your refund will include postage if we were at fault.

If you are due a refund due to a lost or damaged order, it is our policy to wait to receive compensation from the Royal Mail before we issue a refund to you. Claims for UK deliveries cannot be made until after 15 working days have passed from the time your order was posted; for overseas orders, claims cannot be made until after 25 working days.

We comply fully with UK Distance Selling Regulations and all refunds will include your original postage costs where applicable in accordance with your statutory rights.

Complaints

We hope you will be delighted with your patches and work towards ensuring any problems are resolved to your satisfaction. We are members of Safebuy and follow their Code of Practice. Should you have a complaint against us, please contact us first. If the complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you have a right to free mediation through Safebuy.

Variations in designs

An example is shown of each patch made up in the selected fabric on the order online page. Each M'eye Patch is hand cut with care from the fabrics shown making each one unique and the patch you receive may vary from the example shown, reflecting the variations within the design of the chosen fabric. Similarly, embroidery threads and elastic (MEP2 only) may differ from the examples shown, but will always coordinate with the chosen fabric as far as possible.

The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion and other matters related to the Site are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary (including but not limited to intellectual property) rights. The copying, redistribution, use or publication by you of any such matters or any part of the Site, except as allowed by Section 4 below, is strictly prohibited. You do not acquire ownership rights to any content, document or other materials viewed through the Site. The posting of information or materials on the Site does not constitute a waiver of any right in such information and materials. Some of the content on the site is the copyrighted work of third parties. WE WILL TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST ANYONE ATTEMPTING TO PLAGIARISE THE CONTENT, WORDING OR DESIGN OF THIS SITE.

Intellectual Property Rights

MEP2 was registered as a unique British design in September 2009. We will not hesitate to take legal action against anyone infringing our intellectual property rights by attempting to copy this design.
