Parents
If your child has been diagnosed with a lazy eye (or amblyopia),
you will have been advised that your child's vision will
improve if he wears a patch on his good eye for several hours
each day.
In most cases this is true, but only if your child will wear
the patch! Many children find the conventional plaster patch
so uncomfortable they refuse to wear it and sadly, as a result,
the treatment can fail.
